Hi everyone,

Thanks for your patience as we make plans during this situation. 

After learning the latest update about the school closure until April 28th, we have decided to put the show on a hiatus.  

We are waiting to hear more info about when students can return to school and if the school year will be extended.

If the school re-opens in May, we plan on putting on a smaller version of our show. Students can have scripts in hand if needed. We will focus on using materials we already have on hand to build and finish our set, props, and costumes.  

I will do anything in my power to keep this production going for these students. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Mandatory Rehearsal Dates for ALL CAST and CREW:

Feb 18 -27, Cast Rehearsals, 4-6 pm in Room 134(Dance Room)

Feb 27,  All Cast and Crew together, 4-6pm Room 134

                 Mandatory Parent Meeting (Cast and Crew) , 5:45pm Room 134 

March and April – Every Monday is all cast rehearsal. (A Cast Rehearsal Calendar for March and April will be sent each month for specific cast called on other days.)

March 2 – Crew Starts building props and set pieces, this continues every Monday and Wednesday, 4-6pm until Dress Rehearsal week and then every rehearsal and show day.

Saturday, March 14, 10am to 4pm All Cast and Crew Rehearsal

Saturday, April 18, 10 pm to 4pm All Cast and Crew Rehearsal

April 27-30, 4pm to 6pm Dress Rehearsals(Run Throughs), All Cast and Crew

May 4, 5, 6, 4pm to 8pm Tech Rehearsal, All Cast and Crew

Show Nights: May 7, 8, 14 and 15 from 4pm(call time) to 9:30pm Matinee: May 9, 12pm(call time) to 4pm

Strike (clean up): May 16, 10am to 1pm

Cast and Crew Party: May 16 TBA (not mandatory but really FUN!)
